These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the t789p platform and all users of its services ("User" or "Member"). By accessing the t789p website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, family, home address, device, or IP address is prohibited. If such accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The t789p welcome bonus is up to 100% on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only). The deposit amount is not included in the wagering calculation.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may come with separate conditions — read the specific terms of each offer
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred
- Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in bonus cancellation
- t789p reserves the right to forfeit bonuses in cases of unfair bonus use or manipulation
- Each promotion is valid within a specified time period
5.4 VIP Program
The t789p VIP program has three tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
- If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded
- t789p reserves the right to cancel bets arising from clearly incorrect odds or game settings
- Betting limits apply as per the rules displayed on the platform
6.2 Sports Betting
General rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All betting markets are indicative — t789p does not guarantee any specific match, date, result, or odds, and live odds are subject to change.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots
The outcomes of live casino games (such as live roulette, live blackjack, Sic Bo, etc.) and slot games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). t789p ensures fair play.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t789p platform:
- Fraud, manipulation, or bonus abuse (e.g., claiming bonuses using multiple accounts)
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Gaming using automated bots, scripts, or software
- Exploiting platform technical vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage
- Unauthorised access to other users' accounts
- Registration using false information or forged documents
- Harmful activity targeting t789p's systems or network
- Betting or managing accounts on behalf of third parties
If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by t789p
t789p reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Evidence of fraud or prohibited activity
- Failure to complete identity verification
- By order of a court, government authority, or regulatory body
- Due to prolonged inactivity
8.2 Closure by User
You can request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team. If active bonus wagering has not been completed before the account is closed, the bonus will be cancelled, but any valid deposits will be returned.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact our support team for more details.
